Sun Microsystems SunFire X4140 buzzing like an airplane

Hello. I bought a server Sun Microsystems SunFire X4140 (2xAMD 2427/32GB/8x146GB 2.5’/1xPSU) for my home shared workstation. I updated ILOM to the latest version, but the cooling is buzzing like an airplane. 13000-14000 rpm and above. System Windows Server 2022 Stdt. installed. Is there any software option to lower the rotation speed? Maybe this error is related to the version of Windows? Tell me, I'm ready to sort out different options. Thanks for the hints.
