FDM load workbench export format

Hi guys,

Our old HFM has xls format when we export the data in Load WorkBench, But now in the new HFM ,11.2x it has CSV format when export the file. I can't find anywhere to configure the file format. Does anyone know where controls the file format?

    Hi,

    I opened an SR and got below reply

    ====

    Due to recent browser security changes some customers were unable to open or download the xls or xlsx file.

    So the format was changed to csv. This was done by design.

    ====

    I then asked them to change the icon which is clicked, as it looks like an Excel icon and a CSV is not automatically associated with Excel. Never heard back...
