Is there OAuth2.0 Support for EBS 12.1.3 Workflow Notification Mailer?

Hi,

Oracle has released patch for to support OAuth2.0 for 12.2 but not for 12.1.3 version.

Wondering what are 12.1.3 users going to do after Microsoft turns off Basic Auth on Oct 1st 2022. Do you have an workaround?
