Database suddenly went down with the below error

Our database version is Oracle 12.1.0.2.0
It went down with below error,
ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [kskvmstatact: excessive swapping observed], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Database suddenly went down with this error but it was up when we checked, Can anybody suggest us how we can move forward to avoid this?
