Is there an Alta UI Design System file for Figma, Adobe XD or any other design tool?

I'm a UI/UX designer currently working on a project that would be implemented on Oracle HRMS. I found the Alta UI design system guidelines but there's no design system file anywhere to work with.

If an Alta Design System file exists (preferably a Figma file), please where can I find it?
