How to login to Plesk

I have ingress rules for all the usual suspects including port 8443. I can ping the ip address 129.146.16.21 and installed Ubuntu 22.04 and Plesk (one-click install). The install process competed successfully but I cannot access the web setup with the two provided URLs or via the ip address @ https://129.146.16.21:8443:8443/login

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated
