How to create pod rootless on ol9?

I am using Oracle Linux 9.0 and there podman is running fine with a rootless user i.e its able to create containers,volumes and networks.However when I try to create pods this error appears:

This however does not happen when pods are created with sudo. Any workaround for this issue?
