Oracle OBIEE 21C Post Installation Issue after Restart Windows 10

Hi All,

I had installed OBIEE 12C successfully and able to access Analysis,EM,Console,BIP.

After restarting my system,

Using VM

Static IP

OS Windows 10

Tried on both Windows Firewall is enabled & disabled also..

PDB is OPEN,

But when i try to start the START.CMD Under /OracleHome/User_Projects/bi/bin/bitools/start

i am facing below Error

You did install OBIEE 12c on a Windows 10 OS?

Drop your vm, create a new one with a supported OS and reinstall. OBIEE 12c is NOT certified to run on Windows desktop versions. The forum is full of threads of people who "successfully" installed the tool but it just doesn't work (the lucky one saw it once till a reboot, the others never saw it running).

Did you install and configure a network loopback adapter before installing OBIEE?

This is a mandatory step when you install OBIEE on Windows, otherwise it will stop working when you restart it and the IP address of the server changes.
