JDev can't connect the AS in linux

It looks like an common problem but I failed to find any existing solution for myself indeed.

ISSUE:
Everything is fine when I'm doing development in the linux server with JDev.
But I failed to connect to the Application server in JDev in Windows.
And the firewall in the Linux server is disabled.

ENVIORNMENT:
Oracle Enterprise Linux 4.0 ( October Update 5 )
soa_101310, with patch p7233548_101330_GENERIC
