Changing Language

Hi:
Does anybody know or has any idea on how could i change the language in the portlets provided in admin console, I understand the language(yeah sure XD) but I'm developping a portal that will be used by people who does not know English, they will use it to add pages, edit content, etc. They already work with a CM in spanish and we are migrating to a Bea WebLogic Portal and imaine the impact of having to learn a new plattform when you don't understand any of the word, no matter how intuitive it is.

Any idea ??
