I installed Oracle WebLogic Portal server 10.3. I am new to oracle portals. Is there any out of the box portlets in Oracle portal server login and sign-up portal? Similarly, how can we change the banner and footer in a portal page? Which are the files that needs to be modified?
Thanks in advance

There is a sample login portlet with the Content Presenter sample:

It uses a backing file to authenticate a user.

The DVT sample has a pageflow portlet that creates a user. You can find the DVT sample code in your installation at <bea_home>/wlportal_10.x/samples/applications/portalApp/dvtSampleWeb.

If you want to set user profile values when you create a user, see "Creating and Updating User Profiles":

As for changing the header/footer of your portal, see "User Interface Development with Look and Feel Features". It is a big subject: . Under the topic of look and feel features you may be interested in "Working with Shells" because shells are what define the header and footer of a portal:

Maybe I can help you !
you can write some code if you want to make some portlet seem login, you can use jpf or jsf ,they are both ok!
Authentication.login(username, password, request, response);this is a important code for your login portlet
you can try to write a easy login portlet
