SSL Wallet Woes

Hi,
Here's my problem. I created a wallet and a certificate request which I submitted for signing by our CA (We have a managed account). Our managed account administrator was on vacation so I did not get the signed cert back until about a month later. When I went to open the wallet and to install the cert I could not because I had forgotten the password. How do I install the cert from the CA into the wallet? When I create a new wallet I'll have to go through the whole process of submitting another cert request and having it signed (I could revoke the cert from the CA). Any ideas how I can use the cert issued?
Cheers
