If I didn't install Intermedia when I installed iFS, is their a way to "retro fit" Intermedia so that I can have access to full searching capability?

    You can go back to install interMedia text after you have installed iFS. But you need to use iFS configuration tool to create a new iFS schema. The old iFS schema won't be able to do context search. You'll then need to configure the interMedia text. It is not an easy task.
