Problem connecting with Smart VIew

Hi all, we are having some problems connecting to HFM with Smartview.
When trying to access to the cluster in the Data Source Manager, a popup windows comes up:

"Unspecified error"
<BR>An unknown error has occurred in the HsxSQLHelper object. <BR>An unknown error has occurred in the HSXServerImpl object<BR>

Any ideas?

I am receiving the same error while trying to set-up an HFM SmartView Independent Provider connection in 11.1.1.3. Anyone seen this before?

Here is the URL Provider I am using: http://<server>/hfmofficeprovider/hfmofficeprovider.aspx
