707223Aug 12 2009 — edited Aug 17 2009
Hi,

I have a Date Global filter which is used across all the dashboards at all level of hierarchy.

The default is the date global filter to take 90 days minus from today. So date on filter and data shown is from past 90 days. Issue is
Only for one user out of 200 the global date filter is not taking date minus 90 days from today. Its taking some old date in 2008. And giving data and if we change date its working fine.
what can the issue be?
i have cleared the cache in Biserver, internet explorer and also tried to login using diferrent systems. issue repeats.
Is there any cache in presentation server thats causing issue?
Your coments are welcome..

Again the issue is only with one user out of hundreds of uses. and user below and above that user hierarchy are fine..

Thanks in advance....

Does the problem exist if the users login on a different machine.

Have your administrator impersonate that user and see if the problem is faced by him as well. As it sounds from your problem statement, most probably it wont be the case. In that case, you can ask that user to clear all his cookies and temporary internet files and try again.
