Emailing from a taskflow

I have the email notification setup in my workspace and it is functioning properly. However, I cannot get a taskflow to send an email. Is there a special way to setup the taskflow so that it will send an email? I am creating a stage and setting it up as shown below.

Application: Hub
Action: Email
To: [email protected]
Subject: Test
Message: Test

    That looks correct. Have you checked for a specific error message in Administration > View Taskflow Status? One thing to check is that you have your SMTP server name set up correctly. To do this, open the Financial management Config Utility on your Web server. Go to the Web Server tab and make sure the Alert SMTP Server field is filled in correctly. Also, the email generated will always come from [email protected], so make sure that address isn't being sent to junk mail. Last, sometimes taskflows hang if there's not a link to End.
