Getting email notification twice for report schedule in iBot

We are schedule report in for every Monday at 8 am in iBot., but users are getting email notification twice. For testing purpose we have rescheduled for Tuesday 8 am then users got email notification only once. Again we have rescheduled for Monday users got twice.
I could not understand why this is happening. I am really appreciating any help on this issue.

    Are chaining iBots? Where does the email go to? Is it a personal email or an email distribution list? Have you tried putting yourself in the iBot as wel? What does the iBot do? You need to give us more information if you want help.

    First of all thank you very much for support.
    Email is going to user inbox, we are using distribution list . in that list I included my self. Please let me know if you need more information regarding this issue.
