This tool is available since 9.1.0.2 ( documentation ) and it is backward compatible with 9.1.x.
Creating user data is fine and very quick, it is sqlloader basically but with account data we get some issues.
Is there some experience in the forum with this tool loading account data? It wold be good to share experience about it, i beleive that it can be a clean solution for initial loading for user in different environment and acount resources for these identities.

Issue creating account is with batchsize, with batchsize high it assign wrong data account to xellerate users, i believe that pl/sql are not fine although oracle support has not the same conclusion than i. Waiting response from them. if i have news i will update this thread.
