XBRL and Disclosure Management
Dear All,
Can anyone provide guidance on the usage of XBRL and the functionality of the Hyperion Disclosure Management as a product?
What is the source? what is the process of the tool? What is the expected output?
We have this module to be implemented in our project implementation.
Any links (apart from user guide) will be really helpful.

Normally, the US based companies has submit their quarterly, Annually reports to SEC through FORM-10q, its has predefined standard coding format (EDGAR - Electronic data gathering and reterival ----> XBRL). For more information about SEC formats. Please refer the SEC URL. The below url will show the filed EDGAR reporting to SEC for "CORMEDIX INC." - Sample filed format.
