Timezone error while accessing Financial Close

Hi all,

I'm facing this issue when trying to access FCM/ARM on my VM - "timezone region not found". I've set-up the timezone from Workspace - File>Preferences>Accounts Reconciliation Manager to GMT+05:30. This is in sync with the sessiontimezone of database. (select sessiontimezone from dual; gives me +05:30). I'm running this VM in GMT+0 which I feel should not be a hurdle.

Any help on this is very much appreciated. Cheers.
