Can anybody help me to find out
How much Cpu, Memory required for linux 64 bit server to install and maintain Oracle 12c RAC Database in a large concurrent user environment. In another words, server configuration in linux 64 bit for oracle 12c rac for large env.
Is there any formula to figure out number of concurrent users , cpu and memory for oracle databases.

Sizing is usually provided by the application.
For example:
If you don't have it, then you need ask for help with your developer or check previous Server Infrastructure configuration.

Yes i agree with "Levi-Pereira", you need to consult your development team.
You can also decide HW requirements in testing phase based on number of users and system usage, accordingly you can esitmate the HW requirement with the expected number of PRODUCTION users.
