How can events be updated in OEM?
How do you change the alert status in OEM via command?
How can I get the properties of an alert?
Are there any customer fields that can be used to put the enrichment result?
Any restrictions of the script to be executed by the OEM notification interface?
How can you monitor OEM itself? Do we need some kind of selfmon to be implemented?

1) How can events be updated in OEM?
You can update event threshold value by updating the related metrics.
However you can remove event if you don't wish to see future alert and notification.
Enterprise-->Monitoring -->Incident Manager --> By clicking on pertocular incidnet on below section of respetive incident-->event tab there us option to remove from incident and see related metrics.

You mean to parameter for your alert?
You need to see defined matrics details for respective host and alert.Also need to check rules with respective alert.

No idea.

No idea

You have OEM agent as well where you can setup metrics and alerts you wish as you set up for other agents.
7) How can you resend an alert which was accumulate due to the previous failure?
You can check history of previous alert and error messages with date and time.
Enterprise-->Monitoring -->Incident Manager --> By clicking on particular incident on below section of respective incident-->event tab there us option related events and at bottom Table view.
