Precheck failed for patch Patch Set Update 12.2.1.0.160719
Hello, one our key customers is running into the following issue:
Customer tried to apply JCS patch Set 12.2.1.0.1607, and received the following:
Precheck failed for patch Patch Set Update 12.2.1.0.160719 on Jan 5, 2017 1:23:12 PM UTC.
PATCHING-5233: Command python /u01/app/oracle/tools/paas/bin/jcs/python/patching/jaas_framework/create_oraInventory.py /u01/app/oracle/middleware failed during execution. Reason: No additional command failure information provided.
Does anyone know what is causing this issue and how to resolve this?

It seems that this patch has an issue but don't know for sure.
Can someone let us know if this is the case and what we need to do in order to resolve this issue?
