JCS instance creation error "Create Service is disabled"

I could create JCS instances until yesterday, but today I deleted all of my storage, DBCS, JCS instances and tried to re-create them.
I successfully created storage services and DBCS, but every time when I click "Create Service" button in JCS console, following message appears.
"Create Service is disabled because the database locations required for this service do not have any more space available."
I totally don't know what this message means. Do any of you know it?
Thanks.

This will require some configuration changes at the db side - take a look at https://docs.oracle.com/database/121/ADMIN/create.htm#ADMIN002

Thank you for replying. I looked at the document you suggested but I still don't know what to do. I remember I could create JCS instance without any specific configuration against DBCS for the first time... Did I miss anything during the DBCS creation?

Looks like there is some problem with the required space assigned by your database. Possibly, when you created db for the first time the necessary space was automatically assigned, but not the second time.
You will need to check how much space is required by JCS, and then in DBCS how much space is actually assigned.
