Multiple download issue in UCM
Hi all,
I am having issue with multiple invoices download in UCM.
When I select multiple invoices from the list and click download I got "Applet does not have permission to perform this activity." I used FireFox and IE for that and both has the same issue. Just wondering is that browser related issue or do I need to do something else for example upgrade etc.

Go into Component Wizard and enable it.

Thanks for your response.
According to Oracle this issue is related to the version: 11.1.1.9.0 (or all 11g release)
We have Oracle Content Server 11.1.1.6. So wondering is it Oracle WebCenter Content - Version related issue or just a browser

Another method to download multiple files is via ContentBasket. You will first need to enable this component.

Now there is another issue we have. Just wondering if there is any solution to this. When I searched for specific type of invoices it returns for example 15 K but only shows 200 invoices. It does not give me any option to select the next 200... etc

That's a standard feature of the software. Out of the box, the search will tell you "how many" it found, but will only allow you to retrieve "this many". Imagine if you have a million items, and someone submits a search (like a blank or empty search, sorted by dReleaseDate for example), and it actually returned all one million results.
If the database didn't choke, Content Server itself could run out of JVM heap. Plus, realistically, how many people are going to actually page through more than the first couple of pages anyway?
This limit can be overcome by configuration, but it can adversely affect performance if overdone. (So there's the mandatory disclaimer. )
