I have added a field in the NetSuite saved search,
but it couldn't appear on PBCS target application even after re-initialization.
is there a way to do such synchronization?

Try to create a new saved search in net suite "copy from the old one included the new column" and then re-initialization

That's what I have done already, and the new columns were not synchronized.
But I think the Instances was hanging
