the domain is unblocked now but I have in domain statute it is locked and even when I unlock it I can not connect to to the devices that use the domain name

I would recommend following up with support regarding this from the ticket you had originally submitted. Unfortunately how you worded your post leaves me uncertain what the current problem you are experiencing is.

Me too I did not know what the problem is they blocked the domain
and just after they unblock it I find out it is locked ?????

Are you trying to move it to a new registrar? You can unlock your domain from within your account page if that is what you mean.
-
No, I just want to connect to the attendance devices that use the hostname.

How did you find this out, and what exactly is the evidence or measure showing this?
Check the glue records (nameserver entries) in your domain registration, and check the DNS for your domain to see if the records still point at the right destination(s) and IP address(es). If not, correct this as needed. If you need more assistance from other users like me, you must post all participating hostnames, so that I can check what may be wrong.

the issue is not because the domain is locked there is a connection problem I did not know how to fix it .the IP is correct in my account, I update client set up for dynamic IP addresses, port forwarding is done in the router. what else should I check

The document READ ME FIRST - How do I access my device from outside my home network? contains a troubleshoot guide.
