Help with account management please

I have been trying to get an email response from customer support for several weeks now. Maybe someone in this community can answer my question. I have 2 DynDNS Pro Packs which allow me a total of 60 hosts. I only have 25 hosts and would like to stop paying for one of my Pro Packs. I I let one expire, will anything happen to my 25 hosts? I guess I am not sure if the hosts are tied to the Pro Packs, or, if the Pro Packs are just licenses permitting 30 uses/hosts.

Hi @4181501,
I am sorry for the delayed response you are experiencing. To answer your question - Host names are not tied to a specific package of Remote Access/DNS Pro. If you let one package expire, your existing 25 host names will remain without disruption of service.
