Missing Period Mapping Error
Hi,
User is experiencing issue when trying to load data to ARM using an AIF_OPEN_INTERFACE.
They are receiving the message: " Export failed due to missing period mapping. Configure a period for "2020-01" in the Period Application Mapping within Data Management.
The Application Mappings has Jan 2020 included. Has anyone experienced why this issue occurs?

Have you got the relevant source period mapping for that AIF_OPEN_INTERFACE instance configured?

We've configured Global Mappings and Application Mappings; the Source Mapping does not contain any mappings in the Tab. But this is how system had always been configured and past periods have loaded to the system fine.

What is your source system? Is it accessed via the Open Interface Adapter?
