How to get information when any time stamp change for Discoverer workbook / worksheet

Hi Team,

We are using Discoverer 11g and want to set up an alert to get information when  any time stamp change for Discoverer workbook / worksheet, any new workbook / worksheet created.

  The alert should inform workbook / worksheet name, date / time of change, who made the change (most probably SYSADMIN) and at high level we can find what is changed.

Please provide me scripts or commands required to set this alert.

    There is an eul trigger for Post Save of a workbook.  It may not provide the information you are seeking.  Also there are no knowledge articles regarding the use of this trigger.  Please see the Discoverer Administrators guide, appendix B:

    Please keep in mind that Premier support for Discoverer 11g ended June 2014.  Version 11.1.1.7.0 is the final / terminal release of the Discoverer product. 
    The further away from premier support the less resources are available, such as knowledge, test systems, documentation, Notes, etc.

    Discoverer is at end of life.  Any software update (OS, browser, Java, WLS, EBS, etc.) released after June 2014 has not specifically been certified or tested and may cause issues for Discoverer.  Therefore, it is important to maintain a stable Discoverer environment for as long as it takes to move to OBIEE (Oracle Analytics Server/OAS), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or other replacement.

    As Sharon said you can setup an eul trigger.

    As it's said on this link

    "Discoverer worksheet SQLs are stored in EBS table AMS_DISCOVERER_SQL. This table is updated with the latest SQL, each time a worksheet is saved in Discoverer Desktop or Discoverer plus. The update is done by a discoverer trigger called eul_trigger$post_save_document, which calls database PLSQL function AMS_DISCOVERER_PVT.EUL_TRIGGER$POST_SAVE_DOCUMENT to perform the update."

    Please note that a discoverer trigger is not the same as a database trigger.

    After setting up discoverer trigger you probably need somehow monitor AMS_DISCOVERER_SQL, probably by using a database trigger.
