User dbsnmp - ORA-28000: the account is locked

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have an issue with user dbsnmp , when add target from OEM13c. actually this target host of user dbsnmp is not locked. Please kindly see the below


ORA-28000: the account is locked the Connect Descriptor was (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = *************)(PORT = ****))(CONNECT_DATA = (SID = *******)))The error message shown above indicates that the agent is unable to monitor this database because the agent cannot logon.To correct this, the Monitoring Password needs to match the corresponding database password for dbsnmp.To change both the dbsnmp database password and the Monitoring Password, click the Change Password button..This operation will also unlock the dbsnmp user.

    Hi,

    login to the target database and unlock plus reset the dbsnmp password, then update the new dbsnmp password on OEM console .

    go to database target -> target_setup ->Monitoring Configuration ->Monitor Password and click on "Test Connection"
