Please ensure you are using the correct version of the Grafana EM plugin and compatible EM RUs. Look at the compatibility matrix on the Grafana EM plugin download page.

Please make sure your Grafana EM plugin (frontend) is compatible with your OEM RU version(backend).

Do you see any specific file permission-related errors in the Grafana server log? Verify your default unmask setting to see whether it is taking away the required permission on the reported files. Please paste any relevant error messages from the Grafana server log file here if you still can't resolve it.

I am using V2.0 of the plugin and I am getting the same error when configuring the datasource. I have attached a screen shot.

Please paste the error messages thrown into Grafana's server log when you do this configuring action. Also, hit the Save&Test button and capture the errors thrown into Grafana's server log.

I have Grafana in debug logging mode. Here is the output from grafana.log when I hit the save & test button;

Can you also look at OEM side log(emoms.trc) and see any errors thrown there when you do the Save&Test action?

No errors are logged in emoms.trc when I am hitting the save & test button

@Rob Fish Can you spell out the versions of both Grafana server and EM where you are seeing these errors?
