How to Unlock SCOTT Account !!

Dear all,

We are in a tough situation , and really need help.

We are using Oracle 11g , and the SCOTT account is locked. All the other accounts including SYS , SYSTEM , etc are locked too.

We are unable to enter the database.

Kindly , suggest us , how to unlock the accounts.
