Oracle.exe consumed 80% Physical Memory on Windows OS

Oracle.exe consumed 80% of memory and still on consumption. Below parameters are defined under which db is running,

Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition R2:

ORADB.__db_cache_size=4412407808
ORADB.__java_pool_size=16777216
ORADB.__large_pool_size=16777216
ORADB.__shared_pool_size=905969664
ORADB.__streams_pool_size=0
*.open_cursors=700
*.pga_aggregate_target=1073741824
*.processes=700
*.sessions=775
*.sga_target=5368709120
*.sga_max_size=5368709120

OS:

Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition 64 bit
Service Pack 2

Server Physical Memory:

16 GB

Server Virtual Memory:

32 GB defined on E Drive


Please suggest if anything wrong in parameters so that we can further fine tune them
