Unable to read registry values! Failed

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a service for MTS, but I get this error:
"Unable to read registry values! Failed.".

This is my configuration:

Client
------
Windows XP Professional
Oracle Client 8.1.7.0.0

Server
------
Oracle Server 8.1.6 (on NT)
Oracle Server 8.1.7 (on Linux) -- error occurs creating service
for both servers.

I've read the "Using Oracle with Microsoft Transaction Server and
COM+" document on the Microsoft web site, but it refers to Oracle
Client 8.1.7 with patch 8.1.7.1.5, which I can't seem to find to
download.

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.
