Hi ,

any one can help on this .. i have done uni directional replication between one source and three target dbs, now i want to setup bi directional replication so any one can share basic setup between one source and target for bidirectioanl mechanism and also explain How to avoid constraint violation error in GG bi-directional replication?

Thanks in Advance.

    For peer to peer:
"The most common peer-to-peer solution to improve scalability and disaster tolerance uses
two identical databases. Any more than that, and resynchronization without downtime
becomes extremely complex, and it makes the conflict-resolution routines more complex to
    design and manage."

As to the constraint violation error, how would that arise if you follow the "identical database" concept? Which constraints are you going to violate?

For conflict resolution, you have choices between trusted source, timestamp, home-grown SQL, delta value, application code, or terminate.
