IF you are talking about IMF(Input Method Framework) then
IMF is not available in javafx. But you can create customNode for making IMF yourself. Right now javafx is not proposed for the mobile but soon later it will be implemented for mobile too.

    IME means input method.
When I input Japanese to TextBox, I want to set IME ON automatically.
When I input numbers to TextBox,I want to set IME OFF automatically.

Well, you can make a TextInputControl uneditable if that's what you mean.

If you're trying to block certain text but allow other stuff through, then you'll need to set up an event to prevent incorrect input from having any effect on the TextBox.

You can make the KeyPressed Event on TextBox.
As I've already told that IMF must be made by yourself . Control the IMF as per your choice when ever it's number let it hide or else just show on textinput
