Hi
I am begginer to jsp
I have downloaded apache-tomcat-7.0.19-windows-x86,unzipped it,

Added an environmental variable JRE_HOME
and it's value is C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_22

I have started tomcat from startup batch file , a console window appeared for a while then disappeared .

when open my browser internet explorer and write address

http://localhost:8080/ then press forward button

I get
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

what is the problem please.
