    Still you should open your own thread and not highjack somebody elses thread. For convinience you can link this thread in you own other thread. This also gives you the possibility to mark your own thread as answered if the topic is finished.

    I made sure that the other schemas have the execute privilege on DBMS_SYS_SQL package and it's qualified as "sys.dbms_sys_sql.parse_as_user" when it is called.
    That is a HORRIBLE mistake and MAJOR security risks. Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, grant access to standard application and database schemas to DBMS_SYS_SQL.
