Data Migration in Oracle Fusion Applications

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement to do data migration from legacy system to Oracle Fusion HCM.
In Ebiz we will perform data migration with the help of APIs (Data will be moved into staging tables and from there will move into respective base tables through APIs).

But I heard that the concept of APIs is not there in Fusion Applications and it has been replaced with WebServices.

Does anyone have an idea of how to load data (for example say, Employee data) from legacy system into Fusion HCM system.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Hi Sowdha,

sorry, but this forum is dedicated for migrations from non-Oracle databases (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.) to Oracle RDBMS, using the Oracle SQL Developer Migration Workbench. I believe that most of those who are participating in this forum even do not understand what you are asking about (at least not me).

I found a similar thread in the Human Resource Management (HRMS) forum: 10032632 - is that one from you or sb. else in your company? At least your chance to get an answer in the HRMS forum is much better than here.
