How to Resize an Oracle Form Window.

Hi there,
I have a basic Forms Question. I am looking at the ability to resize the window for an Oracle Form. I understand that this requires modification to the Java code(in the JAR files). Can someone please let me know where I can make this change in the Forms.

The JAR files are to be updated. This is being maintained in the Apps folder.

I have had no response to this question, Can someone please let me know how I can resize the Applications window in Oracle Forms ?
