Setting look and feel of netbeans platform application

I am using Substance look and feel office 2007 and trying to set this look and feel to the netbeans platform application which is devloped in NB 7.1.2.
When I try to run this application through netbeans it runs
perfectly fine and their are no issues. I am creating .exe file of the application and then installing it on my local machine. This application starts but it is empty ie I am not able to see any windows or ribbon menu .
Has anybody faced similar issue or am I doing something wrong?

I would appriciate any pointer to this issue.

Read the instructions to the software you are using to create the exe.
