Java Development Tools

"jvisualvm" tool was not listed under java 7 tools listing, below is the link

This made me worried with the first impression that it was removed from 7.

It is neither listed under "Monitoring and Management for the Java Platform"

however, just tried the direct link and seems working.

Is it a miss in documentation ? or any significant change about this tool ?
