You are missing a JDBC DataSource with a JNDI name "jdbc/hrDS" at the application server. Most probably some ApplicationModule is configured to use a JDBS DataSource instead of JDBC URL Connection Pool, but there is no such DataSource configured in the application server. Check AM configurations in order to see which AM uses that DataSource and either configure it to use a JDBC URL Connection Pool or configure the necessary DataSource. Check also the application's configuration parameter "Auto Generate and Synchronize weblogic-jdbc.xml Descriptors During Deployment" (look at "Application Properties -> Deployment" and read the related help) which controls whether such DataSource to be generated automatically by JDeveloper upon deployment.

Excellent problem resolved after checking the auto generate and synchronize option under deployment.
Thanks
