Latest patch for 11.2.0.3, OS is windows 2003 service pack 2 (32 bit)

Hello everyone,

Can any body let me know what is the latest CPU and PSU patch for 11.2.0.3, OS is windows 2003 service pack 2 (32 bit).

I found this patch 16042647 i don't no either it's CPU or PSU.

I found this patch 16042647 for Windows 32 database 11.2.0.3. I am little confuse it's PSU patch or CPU patch.

Pl see the README - it is the latest Windows 32-bit bundle patch - it includes security and other bug fixes, so it could be considered a PSU
