How to change the obiee11g style default value?

Now I want to change the obiee11g(11.1.1.7) style default value, like the column properties warp text default checked when i edit the report's column.I hope the checkboxRadioButton not checked when edit the reports whit out do nothing.
but I still want to use the default Skin. Who can help me ,thanks very much.
