problem with php + oracle + apache on linux

I'm with the problem described below in linux installed apache and php oracle (which was already installed and running on another server) and gave the following error:

oci_connect () [function.oci-connect]: OCIEnvNlsCreate () failed. There is something wrong with your system - please check que ORACLE_HOME is set and points to the right directory in / srv / www / htdocs / system / dao / database.php on line 25

can someone please help me what is happening and how to solve?
