sqlplus error

Just installed Oracle 11_2 client on Windows 7 64 bit and now I get the following error:
sqlplus.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point OCIPStreamFrom XMLType2 could not be located in dynamic link library OCI.dll.
