Hi,

   I have a text area in a page with a edit command link next to it. On click of edit, the text area will open in a pop up in edit mode. And allow user to enter 4000 char (will display a char count on top of text area) .

My problem is, when i click edit, i see the cursor is pointing to the start of the existing comments/text. It should be at the end of the existing text. How to do it?

<af:inputText id="it2" maximumLength="4000"

                        binding="#{cmtbean.inputTextPopUp}"

                        value="#{cmtbean.inputTextAreaPopup}"

                        rows="5" columns="62" clientComponent="true">

            <af:clientListener method="charcnt" type="mouseDown"/>

            <af:clientListener method="charCnt" type="keyUp"/>

          </af:inputText>
