PL/SQL calling web SVC service

Good day experts,

I need to execute a method on a web service. Since I never done this before I tried googling a bit but I miss the foundation to build my knowledge on. Does anyone have a simple "Hello World" example of calling a web SVC/WCF service "Test" method that returns 1 if the call went ok?
